Shoukouwa Shinjidai
Launched in September 2023, Shoukouwa Shinjidai is a creative collaboration between Two Michelin-starred Chefs, Emmanuel Stroobant of Saint Pierre and Kazumine Nishida of Shoukouwa. The contemporary Japanese restaurant serves kaiseki-inspired cuisine with an innovative edge. Prior to its launch, Taste Atelier worked closely with the operations and culinary team to refine the restaurant concept and menu offerings. This includes creating quirky names for the dishes, a personalised playlist and other emotional touchpoints for an immersive and fun dining atmosphere.
We also employed a robust digital marketing and public relations strategy to project a clear messaging and branding to garner coverage from the media and influencers with great results. Additionally, continual efforts are established with esteemed brands like Dassai to enhance Shoukouwa Shinjidai's value proposition in the competitive F&B landscape.

Mycelium Catering
As an institutional catering company, Mycelium Catering focuses on delivering fresh, tasty and well-balanced meals to school cafeterias. One of the biggest wins that Taste Atelier scored for Mycelium Catering was garnering media coverage from CNA Luxury, which successfully put our client on the radar. Currently, Mycelium Catering operates the school canteens and cafes at XCL World Academy, Dover Court International School, EHL Campus (Singapore), The Perse School and Hwa Chong International School.
Taste Atelier also comes up with annual marketing plans to improve the level of engagement with the schools and students. We also prepare proposals and pitches, design branding and promotional collaterals and handle feedback from the schools and parents.


Star-Chef Academy
Star-Chef Academy is a culinary cooking camp spearheaded by acclaimed chef Emmanuel Stroobant. Designed and taught by his team of professional chefs, the academy aims to introduce children to the joys of cooking and equip them with this essential life skill to navigate their own health and nutrition journey.
Students undergo a 5-day journey learning culinary traditions, the theory of kitchen best practices, ingredient selection, entrée, snack and dessert preparation. Our agency also supports Star-Chef Academy with a suite of creative services in copywriting, graphic design and photography.
myDeli
myDeli, which operates as a café extension of Mycelium Catering, launched its first outlet at Hwa Chong International School (HCIS) in August 2023. The 50-seater cafe is designed to fulfil HCIS requirements while demonstrating Mycelium Catering's ability to provide tailor-made solutions and apply myDeli concept to other schools and institutions.
Our agency worked with Mycelium Catering to envision an aesthetically pleasing interior space and curate the menu offerings that would be suitable for the school community and the public. We conduct regular reviews with the operations team to optimise efficiency for its fast-paced service model.


Prada Caffè
For Prada’s first café in Southeast Asia, the prestigious Italian fashion brand engaged Taste Atelier as their food and beverage consultant. We worked closely with Prada’s international team on licensing, permits and compliance while also leveraging our expertise in ingredient procurement, kitchen operations and service protocols. This helped facilitate the smooth launch of Prada Caffè in Singapore, with all aspects meeting the brand’s exceptional standards.

Taste Atelier worked with Prada’s head chef and culinary team to ensure flawless execution of their signature menu. We provided feedback on dessert refinements, including the iconic monoportions with the Prada triangle, and worked on enhancing the on-site execution of savoury dishes, such as toasts, salads and crostone. Additionally, we designed and conducted training for the café’s opening staff to uphold excellent standards of hospitality. We also helped design comprehensive standard operating procedures to enhance operational consistency and efficiency. Our team fine-tuned service flow, advised on spatial planning and offered ongoing consultation to support the Prada Caffè team in delivering the best guest experience.
